We Crown Soaps are a small company creating hand made, certified goods all compliant with current regulations. All or almost all our products are made to order, which means they are always fresh and offer you the longest possible expiry date. Based on grandma's recipes, who was making natural creams after whe war!
2. Terms and conditions
T&C apply to all products purchased from our website and are available in this section. We may change our T&C at any time if there is any major change required or due to COVID.
Where we refer to “Consumer” below we mean a person otherwise known as customer, who purchase goods from us and use it personally for the benefit of their skin.
4. Who can buy on our site
Everybody is welcome to buy products from our website within UK, unless stated otherwise. You are not allowed to buy any goods via this site if you intend to mis use them, for the purpose of infringing our intellectual property, mislead other customers, write false review or otherwise damage our good name.
5. Disclaimer
While we strongly believe that our products deliver a wide of benefits , they are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any medical condition or to be used as a substitute for medical treatment. We do not make any claims or promise that any particular objective will be achieved. Please consult your doctor if you have or think you may have a medical condition. You should consult your doctor or dermatologist before using a new skincare products . W do not specifically advertise the product to be used for children under 3 years old, should you want to use it please consult the doctor.
If you are pregnant please first consult the doctor if the cream is suitable to be used. Products are not intended to be used under eyes.
6. Changes to packaging
While we do our best to deliver a beautiful product to you, we save a right to change the look of the product or improve the formula. There may be some differences between the actual goods and the way that they look on our website. Labelling and/or packaging of the goods you receive may differ from the photos on our website. Products are hand made and may have only slight differences in look and approximate weight.
7. Yourcontract with Crown Soaps
Your order is an offer to buy from us.
We accept and process your order after a consideration from you (payment cleared after placing the order).
You then enter into binding contract with us.
You are obliged to ensure that all details needed to post item to you are correct. We will not be refunding orders that were sent to wrong placebdue to your negligence.
We are not obliged to provide any goods if they are out of stock / damaged or otherwise not in good quality , or we suspectfraudulent intentions. We would then cancel and refund your order.
8. COVID UPDATES
This point is dedicated to any T&C's changes, additions or adjustments due to COVID.
At this time we do not accept any returns , therefore refunds, unless the Consumer receives a different product than that ordered. In that situation Consumer should DISINFECT the products if possible and send it back .
We do not offer refunds on postage unless you receive a different product to what you have ordered. In that case after we investigate that the product was sent back unused, unopened and in sellable condition, you ought to keep your postage receipt and send it to us as a proof so that we can refund postage price paid to send the item back. Please send your items with 1st Class Royal Mail.
Health of our staff and customers is our top prioriy in these difficult times, therefore we aim to reduce the burdain put on Royal Mail as well as amount of "hands" through which our parcels might pass to reduce the risk of potentially spreading the virus.
Before posting your items we disinfect all surfaces as wel as jars.
PLEASE EXPECT UP TO 3 WEEKS DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS DUE TO CURRENT COVID SITUATION. ROYAL MAIL WAS HEAVILY OVERLOADED OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD WITH REDUCED STAFF , WHICH AS PER JANUARY IS STILL RESULTING IN DELAYS.
The price for the goods you order is as stated on our site at the time you send us your order. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is included in any price shown.
Orders must be paid for before we can dispatch them .
Delivery
costs are charged separately and may change.
Any customs is to be paid byCustomer.
10. Discount codes
All discount codes will be clearly stated on the webtsite at the time we post them , including any additional T&C for that offer.
We reserve the right to discontinue or otherwise modify any discount
codes at any time without prior notice.
11. Delivery
Delivery
will be complete when we deliver to the address which you specify when
ordering. We may deliver different parts of your order on different
dates.
Unless
we say otherwise, delivery timescales on our website are estimates
onl, from the point of us posting the item, not from the date you purchase it.
If
you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is
your responsibility to use the details provided to immediately contact
the courier to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available to receive
the goods, we reserve the right to leave them at the doorstep, hall or
reception as available, or with a neighbour.
If the
goods can’t be delivered because you haven’t complied with our agreement
(e.g., giving us the wrong delivery address, not paying customs/import
charges, not contacting the courier to arrange re-delivery after an
unsuccessful delivery attempt) and are sent back to us, you must pay us
the amount of any resulting fees that we have to
pay to a third party.We would not resend the items until the outstanding fees would be paid to us, unless it was our mistake.
11.1 Delivery to EUROPE
At this time we do not deliver goods outside UK, however, you may message us if you would like to place and order.
You become owner of the goods after the delivery of the goods, payment of the price plus delivery charges. You are not allowed to change the product, re-label it or otherwise claim as yours, make any changes or sell it as your product.
13. Consumer right to cancel
There is no right to cancel contracts for the goods O which may deteriorate orexpire rapidly, Or goods that are heavily discounted on sale.
You lose the right to cancel contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
If you do have the right to cancel, please see the instructions at the end of this document.
14. Events outside our control
We are not
liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation
under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any
circumstances beyond our our control including third party
telecommunication failures and epidemics. We are in control of the items only until the moment they are handed to Royal Mail. We have no control over Royal Mail and when your item will be actually delivered.
You acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal information in accordance with the terms of privacy and cookies policiesw(inherent on websites). We do not provide your details to any third party with exclusion to Royal Mail for the purposes of delivering your parcel. If you prefer not to provide your details in this process please use a PO box or other address where we can post the parcel. You are responsible for providing us with correct details.
